Cancellation & Refunds

Because every PC is custom-built to order, our policy is as follows.

Before parts are ordered

You may cancel for a full refund of your deposit, less a small administrative fee.

After parts are ordered

Once components have been procured for your build, the deposit becomes non-refundable, as the parts have been bought specifically for you. We will, however, always work with you to adjust the build.

Dead-on-arrival parts

If any component is faulty on delivery, we replace it promptly at no cost to you under manufacturer warranty.

Change of mind

As builds are made to your specification, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please confirm your configuration carefully on the quote before approving it.
