Why a custom PC instead of a prebuilt or a laptop?
A custom build gives you better performance for your money — you pay for the parts that matter to you, not brand markup or software you’ll never use. And unlike a laptop, a desktop runs cooler, lasts longer and can be upgraded over time.
Is a custom PC actually cheaper?
For the same performance, usually yes — custom builds typically give noticeably more performance per rupee than equivalent prebuilt desktops, because there’s no bundled markup. You also get exactly the configuration you need.
How long does a build take?
Most builds are ready within about 5–10 days of confirming your order, depending on parts availability. Signature designer builds take longer — we’ll give you a clear timeline with your quote.
Do you deliver outside Mumbai?
Yes. Within Mumbai we deliver and set up your PC in person at no extra cost. Across the rest of India we ship using specialist packaging, fully insured, with the freight quoted separately.
What is the payment process?
A 50% advance confirms your order and lets us procure your parts. The balance is due before dispatch or on delivery. Every order comes with a proper GST invoice.
Can I supply my own parts?
In most cases yes — talk to us. We’ll tell you honestly whether a part fits your build and what it means for the warranty on that component.
What warranty do I get?
Every component carries its manufacturer’s warranty, which we help you claim. On top of that, Gamers Garage gives a 1-year workmanship warranty on our assembly and cable work.
What happens if something fails after delivery?
Message us. We’ll diagnose the issue, handle the manufacturer warranty claim for any faulty part, and get you running again. You can also drop the PC to us in Andheri East.
Can I upgrade the PC later?
Absolutely — that’s a key advantage of a custom build. Come back to us anytime for a GPU, storage, memory or cooling upgrade.
Do you build for video editing, 3D or AI work — not just gaming?
Yes. Our Performance and Signature builds are designed for creative and technical workloads as much as for gaming. Tell us your software and we’ll tune the build to it.
Can I see a build before I buy?
Yes — visit us in Andheri East. You can see machines running and play on them. Seeing the build quality in person is the best way to decide.
Do you offer EMI or financing?
Where available through our payment partners, yes. Ask us when you request your quote and we’ll let you know the current options.
